For this purpose, a “Client Program Record (S)” card is maintained for each client.
An advanced software is used at all the centers to generate necessary reports at the Corporate level. Both anthropometric and biochemical parameters are assessed on a regular basis to monitor each client’s progress. If the need arises, the family physician is also contacted to adjust the dosage of the prescribed drugs after a change in the concerned blood profile with weight loss.
A close study of every client’s data on delivery system of services is made at both the Corporate level by direct interaction with the Centers as well as through regular analysis of Software reports. The required inputs are given for improvement at the centre level.
